The Eiffel Tower!!! Lace and a sparkling diamond! Tres Belle!!
AAAH this is SO GORGEOUS!!! It took me a second to realize what we were looking at, and when we did, everything was illuminated. I love the detail you’ve captured in the iron latticework. The sun is just a bonus 🙂 Love this.
Love this one!
Amazing shot, Ellen! You captured a delicate detail in this huge structure and elevated it to the sun and sky!
I’ve seen it photographed many ways, but never like this! Lovely and striking.
You’ve really captured the elegance of Paris in such an interesting way! This depiction of the lacy grid work is such a nice contrast to the straight-on images of the Eiffel Tower (though those are also beautiful). Such a great way to see the city!
Lovely dance of light and pattern!
What a “heavenly” and offbeat shot of a famous icon! Lacy metal struts against sunburst sky, and only the curves suggest the true identity of this engineering marvel.
Love the glittering of the Tower (I think it’s the Eiffel) and the clouds, as well. Reminded me of Magritte.
You captured the design of Paris! The sun, a glittering diamond, sparkling through the iron lace.
A perfect shot!
Beautiful!!! Love the use of positive and negative space!
