It all would remain still, except for the squiggly lines of the little branches on the centered tree which are just now considering forming little buds for spring. I can almost see them!
A beautiful mysterious stillness pervades the verticals of the fences and their reflections, and the lacy bare tree branches. The subtle grey background almost defies definition of water and sky.
I like the spare look, the b/w appeal, the fact that if you look quickly it could be water or snow.

I like the downward reflections of the poles into the water, and the tree rising upward into the sky, almost like a reverse reflection.
