Wow, this is a gorgeous photo! Almost feels like Manhattanhenge, but with what I assume are beachgoers. The burst of the setting sun and the seagull truly complete this. Love and well captured!
No one gets those pointed rays of the sun like you, Ellen, and the silhouettes, frozen in time, are the perfect counterpoint to the reflection on the ocean. Well done!
This is wonderful photograph. I love everything about it. The people in silhouette on the beach watching the sunset. The reflection of the sun sparkling in the water. The single bird flying just past the sun’s rays. The composition of this photo is absolutely perfect.

There is so much to appreciate in this photo: the rays, the reflection, the sole seagull, and the crowd gathering to enjoy natures display.
Oh the stories of summer to tell and reflect upon. Great shot of sun’s reflection on the water and the silhouettes of her admirers.
continued… And, of course, the expert exposure!
The summer stretch seems way too small
Alas, the next sunrises and sunsets
Will reveal a beautiful Fall!
Another perfect photo as you capture the end of the season in all its glory! You have an amazing eye–I’m awed.
