Inspirational! Amazing contrasts between vertical and angled, the light and darker sky, and the silhouette. Another keeper!

I love the clouds here, Ellen. It feels like waves at an ocean beach hovering above the silhouetted skyline. Well done!

WOW, this is gorgeous! The silhouetted skyline against the ribbons of color, colors, and steam is simple and so beautiful. I’m also interested in the vertical lines on the left. Construction-related, I assume? Adds an interesting element to the photo – almost mirrors the spire of the Empire State Building and seems to be hanging from the clouds. Love this photo.

What an unusual juxtaposition of elements–I love the way the jet streams are suspended over the buildings and tower!

Amazing photo! The jet streams hover like a ceiling with track lights, separating the black clouds from the bluer sky. The black silhouettes of the skyline echo the black of the sky. The lines/cables on the right mystify me – what are they?Very dramatic and beautiful composition.

    Just plain (plane) Beautiful!

Very pretty. Looks like it could be a New Yorker cover as it almost looks like a painting rather than a photo.
