This photo transports me to this calm and beautiful place. Love the contrast between the flowers and the waterfall.
I am loving the layers of texture – soft mist, solid rushing water and the delicate flowers in the foreground. Nice composition and beautiful photo, Ellen!
Love the lines and waves of the falls, flowers, leaves. Wish I could transport myself into this calm scene! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Very refreshing!
So warm and so cool.
Love the depth of this photo–what a beautiful place!
It is a hidden gem. In the middle of a mostly abandoned industrial town, you would never know it was there if you weren’t looking for it!
Living in neighboring Wayne, I know this site well. It’s been engraved, painted and photographed repeatedly since the early 18th century. But your photo captures a beauty that is not commonly seen at this locale. It’s a refreshingly different view, showing the falls behind lush greenery and black eyed susans, bathed in mists. Who would guess the industrial landscape that surrounds it?
