Love the reflections, love the spots of pink and blue from the coats which bring your eye up to the red and blue of the flags. Mostly, I love how you’re watching your own holiday windows: the city on the go. Well done!
I agree with Simone. My eye picks up the people colors and follows them up to the flags. The reflection is such an eye teaser, Ellen! Glad you caught this image – cool photograph.
What a festive holiday shot! The reflections of all the flags remind me of Child Hassam’s paintings celebrating Armistice Day in NYC. A very tricky shot too. I keep trying to figure it out. How’d you get the crowd and its reflection on the same plane?
What a fun and classic “Ellen” shot! I love that the fathers’ faces look so happy in this photo–something that’s doubled in the reflection and makes it so much more special. Thanks, Ellen!

The question is, “How in the world did you get that?” It’s great!
Thanks Anne. It took some major contortions 🙂

You just doubled the holiday festiveness with your photographic skills and mirroring effects – Bravo!…and, Taylor finally gets top billing over Lord!
I love it!
