WOW! What a shot! I love the rippled, abstractness of this photo. Almost like architecture in a puddle of water – or a window in this case? Great lines but also great movement from the reflection.

Very cool! Ripples in ripples in ripples. See the two cranes? One on the building in the upper left, and the other as the wing-like shape of the main structure – power and grace in nature and architecture!

Only in a city! this abstracts the city turning it into unfamiliar shapes and lines. I really like the monochromatic color scheme.

What an interesting shot of Calatrava’s structure. The bird-like wings seem to be fluttering because of the rippling reflections.

As an aside, your shot of the lunar eclipse and blood red moon is fabulous!

As a Star Trek fan, this has the shape of a Romulan Warbird starship. But, unless it has landed in NYC, this must be a fabulous photograph by Ellen Goodman. What a great catch of an amazing reflection. And how about that eclipse photo – wow!

Great moon shot! It was cloudy here.

Thanks to New York gridlock I found myself stuck in traffic downtown near the new transportation hub. The oculus itself was not revealed through the street coverings, but there opposite it was the best reflection ever. And so, as MaryJane always reminds me, have your camera at the ready. You never know when you’ll be face to face with an awesome shot!

What a great Transformer! Serves to remind us of all the unseen and unknown machinery that lies just beneath the City.
