Yes, Wump World meets big city! And yes, that is a woman in a yellow gown. I love how we see the color through the railing.
I love this photo of a little piece of nature against the background.
Old versus new. In this case the modern building enhances the view of the High Line walk as opposed to the building that destroyed the view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Wonderful photo.
What an interesting composition, Ellen! Hiding behind these beautiful flowering plants is a city of brick, concrete and steel. I also love the perspective of the tiny person with her back to the city, enjoying nature. Well done!

Sorry for the late response. Last week I left my phone on the Metro-North train and was locked out of my email account. Just got it back from the Lost & Found. Thank you for another striking NYC image! I love that the plants dominate the scene and strike a perfect balance with the buildings.
