It’s nice to see buildings from the past. This is one we might not have gotten to see if you didn’t capture it in this beautiful photo beside the Brooklyn Bridge. It does show a piece of old New York.
With the ever-changing nature of New York City, I’m always delighted to find a piece of history hiding in plain sight. Currently this building houses an ice cream store.
Love this photo! It’s like stepping back in time. Almost want to see it in black and white too. Great capture!
What a great photo of the bridge, Ellen! I like the cobblestones as well, which really remind us of times gone by. Well done!
A surprising image of the bridge towering over the building–it gives a wonderfully grand sense of scale!
The Brooklyn Bridge
Proud arches in the sky so blue
And intricate webbing
Only an arachnid could do!
