I revisited an iconic photograph that I first took in 2014. Happily this amazing view had changed very little!

I love the solidity of this image, the framing and the light. It’s cool to see the Empire State Building framed so perfectly, but it’s the strength of the entire image that grabs me.
So much architectural splendor in one photo! Love the framing of the ESB, as well as the dichotomy and simplicity of nature in the bird flying overhead.
Perfectly framed photograph, Ellen! I love the verticality of the Empire State Building aligned with the bridge superstructure. And then there’s that bird flying overhead that takes my eyes straight up to the sky. Well done!
I love bridges, particularly those with beautiful architecture like the Manhattan Bridge. The fact that the Empire State Building is framed under the bridge adds to the the beauty as well as wonderful interest of this photo.

Such an iconic shot! And love the way you’ve captured the Empire State Building under the bridge. Beautiful!

One can never go astray
When the empire state building is pointing the way!
You’ve captured so much in this one amazing photo! It’s good that some things don’t change.
