What a perfect photo at the perfect time of day, Ellen! I love the subtle colors of the darkening blue sky (almost gray) and blood-orange sunset against the deep black New York Skyline. Well done!
The silhouette of the Empire State building with the almost not noticeable blue light against the gorgeous sunset is a truly beautiful and dramatic photograph.
I caught a brief moment in time when the sun was about to set but the building lights hadn’t come on yet, except for the blue of the spire. A minute later and all of the buildings would have been lit up. (Of course I was standing there for an hour or so waiting for that brief moment, haha!)
This is one gorgeous image – velvety and smooth. The forms, the contrast, the colors, the shadow – just brilliant.
What a striking image! I love the blue light and the orange sky against the dark buildings.
Love the way you present the shadowed buildings against the colorful sunset.
Such a beautiful silhouetted shot of an iconic scene! Love the pop of color (from both the building and nature).
