I like this lazy day in the sun, Ellen! And I recommend that everyone visit your new changing exhibition which takes a close look at the city and its people around us. So many great, and often funny, photographs. Well done!

You know what would be amazing?
    I’ll tell you what,
If all the readers beneath the statue
    Were reading the history
    Of Admiral Farragut!

I love the contrast of the bright colors that the living bring to the monotonal stone work of your background subject. Several favorites in your Changing Exhibition: Officer, with all the tall buildings behind her, and Rest Stop is magnificent!

First of all, LOVE the title of this picture! And how nice it is to see people together. Your exhibition was beautiful and also made me feel a bit sad – lots of people alone or just far enough apart from one another, especially at the beginning. Such a sign of the year we’ve had. I especially liked Good Book and Hold Tight (big smiles over here). I also loved All in a Day’s Work. Lots of feelings in these photos, and all so wonderfully captured. This was certainly New York this past year. Thanks for chronicling it all for us.

This is so New York! Haven’t been there for two years when I saw you.

It was a great seeing everyone out and about. It’s been a long two years Anne!

Thank you for sharing your latest Exhibition–so many great shots! I’m partial to dogs and street musicians, so I especially love I See You, Woman’s Best Friend, Devoted Friend, Dog Walkers, Music is Hope, The Piano Man, & Concert for No One.
