What a cool photo, Ellen! The black and white makes it feel like the old West and the silhouette is striking! I can almost hear the clip clops of the hooves. Well done!
Where did you take this fun photo? It could be one of those frontier town reconstructions, but it looks more like the state police guarding a parade route. Very nice in b&w.
This was taken at a small town St. Patrick’s Day parade. As the horse went by me, it felt like he rode into American history. That’s what I captured in black and white.

This photo sure takes us back in time! I’m wondering where you took it–
So interesting. Definitely looks like a cowboy riding into town in the Old West. Love the black and white photos that you take.
LOVE this shot and the silhouetted cowboy and his steed! Beautiful in B&W. Could be any time in history 🙂 Would love to know the story behind it!

This looks like my home town of Tucson, Arizona. Well done!!!!
Nice job evoking the feeling of the Old West.I love the long shadows and the framing really makes the photo pop.
