When a seat is more than a seat
When a seat is a treat
A place to meet
A place to greet
A place to lift your feet
Yes, a favorite place ………..indeed!
What a lovely tribute to the “gone but not forgotten”. As for the changing exhibit: Tractor Crossing is my favorite.
Your sign photos are so fantastic – of course, I’m always partial to the turtle signs, but the plague sign made me laugh 🙂 A clever and fun collection of something not everyone takes the time to notice.
Love these commemorative benches by the beach! My friend’s kids had one dedicated to them. Very cool!
It looks like this is commemorating their pets – probably dogs. Cute!
I must be a romantic at heart. I imagined an old couple who would sit on that bench through the years.
The main blog photo is touching, a tribute to all who sit on those benches and enjoy life by watching it pass by. Such a fun and interesting exhibition, as well, Ellen! I think the comical “Dip” is my favorite. If only that woman knew how she was in the wrong place at the right time! Well done!
A photo to inspire imagination! Love it! You always take such wonderful photos.
I hope THEY get to see it. Charming.
