I love the way you have the defoliated tree in the foreground and the mountain quietly standing tall in the background, not to mention the clear and colorful “reflections” subject matter.
A stunning shot! I love how you capture reflections, and the opposite slopes of the tree line and mountain with the water line and the tree branch make this feel beautifully layered. I want to stare at this scene all day! Well done.
The colors of autumn are softer than usual this fall, and you’ve captured a serene scene of pastels. The pale blue sky, the slightly stronger blue mountain, and the colorfully muted trees are beautifully reflected in the calm water. The composition’s progression from foreground to background is majestic.
