I was in Dumbo for The New York Photo Festival last week.
The views from there are great and every time I’m there I see something else. (For all you out-of-towners, Dumbo’s a hot new neighborhood in Brooklyn between the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges). The shot that’s the home page for my website came from there.
Here’s a shot of an abandoned warehouse.
My clients love your NYC photos – they really give the color and vitality of the metropolis in 2010.
Great shot. I love seeing the angles of the bridge and the warehouse, and the arches of the towers against the curves of the windows.
Great, classic use of b/w; Roebling and Berenice Abbott would be pleased.
I absolutely love this shot. Love the angles and the triangles and rectangles within the shot. I have not seen a shot of the bridge from this angle before. Brilliant!
