Beautiful shot of the frozen falls. Not my favorite time of year here in NY though! I am in need of warm sunny summer pictures!
An iceberg! Yes, that’s what it’s like here. You were in Paterson on this frigid day? You are NUTS! We live nearby in Wayne, and wouldn’t think of venturing out of our warm house. It’s a wonderful photo, but kind a’ scary. Happy New Year! Keep warm!
Makes me cold!! The ice formations are so interesting, but I wouldn’t want to be near there!! Brrrrrrr…
I knew there was a reason I am FROM New York. Fantastic shot. Have a wonderful New Year Celebration and an even better 2018.
Beautiful but brrrrr! Happy New Year. Hope spring comes soon.
Nice photo. You don’t see that very often. Have a happy New Year.
You found Superman’s Fortress of Solitude! Stay warm, and Happy New Year!!!
WOW! So amazing to see something like this – i bet even more-so in person – and captured so beautifully by you. It looks like crystal! And I think you’re brave and dedicated to your art to go find this in person and photograph it for us, so thank you 🙂 Looking forward to more of your adventures in 2018! Happy New Year!
Best wishes to you and your family for a fantastic 2018! Stay warm!
When I showed this to my daughter who is a terrific portrait photographer, she said “Wow!” I agree!
Brrrr….
What a great photo, Ellen! I love the way you have captured rushing water on one side and a frozen wall on the other side. Don’t envy how cold you must have been, though :o)
