Nice balance, nice progression of shapes and sizes. The moon must have been AWFULLY hard to capture with just the right exposure, as you did! Another great Ellen image.
Gorgeous shot, I love the glow of the moon through the clouds and dead-center in the middle of this otherwise industrial scene. Well done as always!
So many great visual elements here, Ellen. The moon and surrounding clouds are the focal point, but I really like the scale from the large bridge pylon to the smoke stack to the buildings. Well done!
Beautiful shot of the Strawberry Moon!!
Great shot of the moon reflecting on the water, next to the mighty bridge! You can feel the majesty of our beloved N.Y.C.
A wonderful shot of the moon punctuated by many pinprints of light from the windows below. And the progression of verticals leading the eye back is masterful. Love the orange clouds around the moon too.
Remember the Honeymooners? I feel like I should be seeing Jackie Gleason’s face on that moon as it shines over some nondescript apartment in NYC. Nice shot!!
Fabulous layering!
