What a perfectly peaceful photo, Ellen! I love a good path leading into the distance, and you have captured it. A sandy pathway to the beach is so inviting. Well done!
Walking down a narrow path between tall trees and encountering a large expanse of water has to be breathtaking.
The first time I was at the Grand Canyon that’s how I experienced the rock formations, etc and it truly took my breath away. Including the boats in the above photographic scene adds to the stunning sight, making the shot a super catch.
This I say without hesitation:
The journey is as beautiful as the destination
Beautiful framing and such an inviting path! Is that water on the other side?
Thanks Simone. Yes, that’s water and boats on it! Sorry, the website reduces the image size making it hard to see.

Like how it goes from open space to a window out on the horizon. I want to take a walk.

Reminds me of some of the early landscape paintings of the American west, Bierstadt, Moran and the like. Beautifully framed.
Picture is lovely. “I want to walk there.”
Yes, this is a place I’d love to be, walking down a beautiful path and feeling my toes in the sand!
