I love the ripples in the reflection of the building, and the juxtaposition of shapes: rectangles, circles, and the shapes of the trees. Happy Holidays!
An upbeat photo for these gloomy times. There’s a vivacious array of contrasts in colors and shapes, and the buildings’ reflections in the glass skyscraper shimmer with life. Joy to the world!
Beautiful shot! Not sure which shines more – the holiday lights or the reflection of the building behind the fountain. Love seeing the city lit up, especially this year.
That is amazing. I love letting my focus slide between seeing the building in the background and letting it vanish and the reflection making the space seem so much bigger. I love this shot!!
This image hits a homer in so may ways – old and new New York, Christmas, reflections, etc. You DO manage to find new things to say about the city!
Love the many levels of this holiday photograph, Ellen. Great balance of architecture and cheer! Well done!

This photo is so inviting! It makes me want to jump into it and start walking around the City!
