Wow, what an interesting sculpture! I can’t figure out how he’s being held together. But love that you captured him with the flag behind (through) him and framed by the trees.
What a great photo, Ellen! The “Traveler” is there and not there all at the same time, and positioning the American flag within gives him a surreal perspective. Well done!
Carolyn, it’s a hauntingly interesting public art exhibition. And Simone, I have no idea what’s keeping it all together! It’s not like Michelangelo’s David where his leg is attached to a tree trunk for stability 😉
The artist certainly knows how to capture and hold your attention with this sculpture. Ellen, I love that you framed the flag with the split between the two sections. At first glance, I thought it might be part of the sculpture itself. Your photos capture and hold our attention so well.

This sculptor (B. Catalano) had a very interesting vision and I love how you presented it.

What an unusual sculpture! It’s hard to tell where it begins and ends. The young man looks quite self-assured. Thanks for finding it!
Interesting traveler on Park
His posture is rather stark
But if you fill in the space
We should see his full face!
A hauntingly interesting sculpture. You creatively seem to know what would make an interesting and beautiful photograph.
